Big Bridge was founded in 2007 by vacation home owners who, through personal
experience, came to understand and appreciate the amount of work involved with
managing a vacation rental property. While many owners have come to rely on
professional management companies to handle their rental business, the founders
realized that there are many owners who manage rentals themselves and
recognized a need for simple and effective tools to help make the whole process
more manageable.

pride. At Big Bridge we know that, while renting your home can be a very rewarding experience, it can

Our primary goal was to develop a rental management solution that would be both affordable and easy to
use while taking much of the work out of the process. The key to accomplishing this was through
integration of the various aspects of the business in a way that streamlines the process, establishes
consistency, improves the overall experience for the renter and results in true time savings for the
owners.
The founders have been providing consulting services and technology solutions for fortune 50 companies
wanting a ‘better bridge’ between their Company and their Customers. They have spent years working in
property management, systems development and process re-engineering, and have applied their
collective knowledge and experience to build Property Studio.
