You tell us the discount rules for upcoming vacancies within the next 45
days and we'll let vacationers know about what a great deal it is and help you rent those days.

Let's say you still have vacancies within the next two weeks. Using your
discount rules we'll help you advertise those days at a discount through our Last Minute Travel network and find you the business.

Communication with prospective renters is managed through our secure
messaging system and you are in complete control over the booking process.

your rental listing. You have complete
control of the content.

You decide what discounts to offer based on
upcoming unrented days up to 45 days out.
Different discounts can be applied using a
simple multi-tiered incentive model.

We get the word out!
Last Minute deals are published across our
Last Minute network automatically based on
vacancies in your availability calendar and
your Last Minute rules.

Inquiries are sent directly to you
You communicate with prospective renters
through our secure messaging system and
you decide when you're ready to book.

You create the reservation
When you're ready to book, just click once to
create a reservation and edit the details (due
dates, payment options, etc.) as you wish.
Renter contact details are released to allow
for personal contact and any last minute
assurances.

Get paid directly
Renters pay you directly using the payments
you offer. Online payments can be
seamlessly integrated with your PayPal
account.

The Fine Print

Our pricing is simple.
List as many rentals as you want for free. When we bring you a reservation of
$1,000 or less, you pay us a flat rate of $24. When the reservation totals more
than $1,000, we charge only $49. To keep these costs low for you, we also
charge the renter a service fee. The renter pays you, you pay us and those
unrented days disappear.
