Having provided consulting services and technology solutions for Fortune 50 companies wanting a ‘better bridge’ between their Company and their Customers, the founders have spent years working in property management, systems development and process re-engineering.  From this collective knowledge and experience (and after a lot of hard work)  Property Studio was developed to address some of the challenges in renting a vacation rental.  Property Studio is a web-based rental management application that integrates inquiry and reservation management in a way that streamlines the process for owners while providing a better booking experience for renters; it provides unprecedented support for individual owners looking for a better way to manage their rental business.

We're developing relationships with various partners to help distribute these deals to a broad and diverse traveling public.  Big Bridge Last Minute Advertising is a stand-alone service now also available to owners and managers who may not need the full suite of management tools provided by Property Studio.
